Based off of meditation and sleep exercises, Lucid is a guide into the subconscious. Gameplay elements have been modeled on various readings and techniques to improve restful sleep and improve cognitive functions. The result is an atmospheric and strange experience into a surreal landscape.
The game uses a number of infinitely looping sections to simulate an infinite, liminal space. The lack of a clear narrative also allows the player to fill in the gaps on their own, creating a more captivating experience.
